"Really good to deal with, but I always have a hiccup with them once a year with our insurance being cancelled due to some issue with not debiting my credit card that’s always on file…. It gets rectified once I call them, but there is no reason why it should be cut off once a year, every year for the past 4 years ……"

"I have to say, I could not believe how much I appreciated and enjoyed finally working with an amazing agent transferring my auto and home insurances to State Farm! Jaidyn Osborne was so helpful and very informative explaining to me each and every coverage, costs associated with best options for MY LIFE, which has never been explained to me in such detail! I know I always relied on my agent to give me the coverages I needed, but she was so trustworthy from the start, I didn't know that insurance agents would actually help you understand all the coverages you needed and what each one was covering, in detail, and best options for YOU, which ones may not really fit into my premium, and which ones I absolutely should have! Are you kidding me?? Plus I not only got educated by her, but she reduced my premiums on bundled home and auto insurance by over half of what I was paying for my previous insurance!!! OMG, there are still great people left that help you, and not try to rip you off!! What a way to start my new year! I'm floating around realizing, how lucky I was to find her!! She was actually helping ME!!! An Agent, Insurance agent, who wasn't ripping me off! Got so much more coverage for half than what I was paying for the last 5 years! And if you can't tell how happy I am, check her out for yourselves, you will not be disappointed!!!"

"I’ve had State Farm for my home and auto for awhile, but when I switched my policies to Courtny’s office I talked with Monica and she recommended that I get a hospital income policy which I had never heard about. She said that based on my profession, it would be a good idea to have a policy that would cover my health insurance deductible and any other expenses for me if I ever got hurt or had to be admitted to the hospital and couldn’t work and I was shocked no one had ever told me about it before! It was really inexpensive and saved me some money on my other policies. Monica went above and beyond to make sure that I knew everything State Farm could offer and I really appreciated her help and knowledge."
